Fault 1: no pressure in the hydraulic system.
1. Whether the solenoid coil of the proportional relief valve is electrified or not, and whether the voltage of the proportional solenoid coil meets the requirements, if the above reasons, please check the relevant electrical reasons.
2, check whether the cartridge valve is stuck or the main valve is stuck, and the damped hole is blocked. If it is the above reason, remove the overflow valve to clean and reinstall.
3, phase modulation of three phase power supply leads to motor reversal.
Fault two: slider quickly turn slow, time pause is too long.
1. Check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is too low, and the filling port is not flooded. For the above reasons, the tank oil can be added to the 5mm above the filling port to make the filling hole completely submerged.
2, check whether the fast forward speed is too fast, causing insufficient fluid filling. For these reasons, fast forward speed can be reduced by modifying the system parameters.
3. Check whether the filling valve is completely opened, if it is because of oil pollution, so that the valve spool of the filling valve is not flexible, there is a stuck phenomenon caused by insufficient filling. It is necessary to clean the filling valve and reinstall it to make the valve core flexible.
Fault three: slider return to normal, fast forward normal, manual not slow down, folded plate weak.
1. Check and control the "two - position and four - way" reversing valve of the oil filling control oil way to work normally, if it is, the valve is not closed and the upper chamber is connected with the tank filling port, and the pressure can not be built. The reason why the valve does not work properly is that the valve is not energized or jammed.
2, check whether the filling valve is stuck. If yes, please clean the filling valve and reinstall it, so that the spool is flexible.
Fault four: the return speed of the slider is too slow and the return pressure is high. The main fault is that the valve is not opened. This phenomenon is just contrary to the logic relation of the above fault three, and can be handled with reference to the solution of the fault three.
