针对现阶段传统钣金切割存在的问题,激光切割的需求也日益上升,那么激光切割跟传统钣金切割相比具有哪些优势了?
In view of the existing problems of traditional sheet metal cutting, the demand for laser cutting is also increasing. Then what are the advantages of laser cutting compared with traditional sheet metal cutting?
传统钣金切割:(数控)剪床由于其主要是直线裁剪,只能用在只需要直线切割的钣金加工上;

激光切割:激光切割柔性化程度高,切割速度快,生产效率高,产品生产周期短,不管是简单还是复杂零件,都可以用激光实现一次快速成型切割;
Laser cutting: laser cutting has high flexibility, fast cutting speed, high production efficiency and short production cycle. Both simple and complex parts can be used to achieve rapid prototyping by laser.
传统钣金切割:高压水切割加工速度慢,造成污染严重,消耗成本高。
